Villa Terrarossa is a well conserved and characteristic manor house dating from 1400. Sitting on a green hill, just 4 Km east of San Gimignano, with an enchanting view over the town with its famous towers, and the Chianti vineyards.
Accomodation is offered on the ground floor of the villa, in a large, independent apartment with private outdoor area.
The owner, who lives in Lucca (80 km), is generally staying at the house just on the Saturdays-Sundays coinciding with arrival / departure of the guests.
Ideally placed for relaxing and enjoying the enchanting countryside, but also extremely central for art lovers who will find themselves in the heart of the artistic Tuscany, firstly with the nearby San Gimignano (all kinds of services), and than with Volterra at 20 Km, Siena 30 Km, Florence 45 Km, Cecina (beaches) 70 km, Pisa 75 km, Roma 270 km.
Sport lovers can find Tennis courts in San Gimignano, as well as Golf clubs both in Colle Val d’Elsa at 15 km, and in Castelfalfi 20 km.
