Villa La Campana has a medieval origin, but it took its current shape in the seventeenth century, when the Sienese Tolomei family of bankers rebuilt the villa.
The property lies in a relaxing, peaceful area, is surrounded by a large exclusive park with a private (6x12 m.) swimming pool, provided with a charming gazebo and furnished with late 19th-early 20th century pieces.
This beautiful villa has an austere Tuscan architectural structure with base shoe, of some 600 square meters distributed on two floors: it offers cosy rooms, has been furnished with great love for details and provided with all modern comforts.

The village of Monteroni d’Arbia with various shops, restaurants, banks, etc, is at just 7 km, whilst the larger town of Asciano is 10 km away.
Ideally situated for visiting the most important cultural and tourist centres such as Siena at 20 km, Montalcino 34 km, San Gimignano 60 km, Florence km 90, Pisa 130 km, Rome 220 km.
The villa is part of a large estate including some rural buildings also used to offer accommodation in 9 different apartments; this holiday farm, also featured on our web site under the name of “Tenuta della Campana”, has its own private access, is completely separated from the villa and provided with own swimming pool.
The estate includes a little chapel facing the villa (where every Sunday at 11.15 a.m. the friars from the nearby Monte Uliveto Maggiore Abbey celebrate the Holy Mass) as well as A tennis court (for the free use of both Villa’s and Holiday farm’s guests).
At guest’s disposal of both Villa and Holiday farm there are a laundry room and an internet point.
Nearest airports: Florence 95 km, Pisa 130 km, Bologna 190 km, Rome 240 km.
The price includes: water, gas, electricity, linen (for beds, bathrooms and kitchen) changed weekly, and final cleaning; the use of the swimming-pool with beach umbrella and deck-chairs, tennis, trekking routes.
Extra costs payable locally: central heating (when needed) € 85,00 per day, maid service (two hours per day compulsory) € 20,00 per hour.
Arrival Saturday afternoon from 5.00 to 7.30 p.m.; departure by 10.00 a.m. on Saturday morning.
Swimming-pool: open from 01st of May till 30th of September.
