The property is next to a small rural hamlet that is mostly uninhabited.
The weekly price includes 3 hours of daily cleaning during the morning Sunday, consumption of water, electricity, gas for the kitchen, hot water production and heating, final cleaning, 1 baby-bed, gardener.; upon request and NOT included in the price: Domestic help (extra hours), cook.; A three hours of daily cleaning during the morning (hours to be agreed on) excluding Sundays is included in the price. Extra services are available on request ( breakfast, cook service, etc.)
The owners, extremely polite and discrete, live on site and are always available for anything you might need and for organizing any supplementary services.
San Gimignano, with all kinds of services, is approx. 5 km away, whilst the most known art centres are within easy reach: Volterra 30 km, Siena 35 km, Florence 40 km, Pisa 60 km.
The beaches of the Tuscan cost 65 km.
Sport facilities: bowling 5 km, Tennis 7 km, horse riding 10 km, golf courses 15 km.
