An attractive old farmhouse transformed into a welcoming holiday home through very recent and painstaking reconstruction work which has kept the original characteristics of the building.
Situated at the meeting place of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, the three most beautiful regions in Italy.
The house is on the slopes of Monte Cetona. The surrounding landscape where the sand and clay has been eroded appears almost lunar. A few kilometres from the house is San Casciano dei Bagni, famous in Roman times for its health- giving thermal waters.
There are spacious grounds around the house and the oak woods guarantee its privacy. The swimming pool is in a lovely sunny position just a few metres from the building. The interior decoration and fittings are of a good standard. Spacious portico with table and chairs. The farmhouse is reached by an unpaved, in good condition country road of 1700 meters.
