Torre Regia is a working farm dating back to the 15th Century.
The property is situated amongst the stunning Florentine hills overlooking the Arno Valley, enjoying a particularly good climate as well as spectacular views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.
Accommodation is offered in the main building and a close annex. Guests can stay in 6 comfortable apartments and 1 room accommodating from 2 - 6 persons, carefully renovated and furnished in traditional style with kitchens that are well equipped with ovens giving complete autonomy. Each apartment has an outside terrace area with table, chairs and sun umbrella.
The holiday farm is surrounded by an extensive, well kept garden provided with a large communal swimming pool. Also available for the guests is a restaurant serving Tuscan specialities using own products such as olive oil and wine; a sitting room with satellite TV; Internet access; laundry service; mountain bikes.
Furthermore the owner organizes on request cookery and art courses, Italian lessons, wine and olive oil tasting, excursions to the art centres of Florence (30 km), Arezzo (40 km), Siena (80 km), San Gimignano (km 95 ), Pisa (120 km).
Nearby is the famous monastery of Vallombrosa with it’s huge forest and marked walking paths through the nature, and for your “shopping” the big Outlet “The Mall” with famous shops (Valentino, Fendi, Tods, Armani etc.) is only 10 Km away.
Essential services can be found in the nearby village of San Donato in Fronzano (1,5 km) whilst the small town of Reggello (4 km) offers all kinds of facilities.
The A1 motorway runs at approx. 20 km from the property offering easy and comfortable connection to the main art centres of the region.
