Podere il Pino is situated in an extremely panoramic position, in one of the most beautiful areas of Chianti, deep among vineyards between San Gimignano (10 km), Poggibonsi and Colle Val d'Elsa (5). This old property has recently been skilfully renovated, and is made up of three rural dwellings and a farmhouse divided into 12 apartments. The original character of the buildings, where the beamed ceilings, arches and other features have been lovingly preserved, is further emphasised by the tuscan style furnishings.
The 8x17 m. swimming-pool with sun terrace is situated to one side of the spacious communal garden, which is equipped with private garden furniture for each flat. The barbecue, telephone and washing-machine are shared, while all the flats are equipped with dishwasher. Satellite TV available on request.
