Benvenuti in Toscana - Welcome on Tuscany
Casa Toscana would like to extend a warm welcome to those of you who are planning your first holiday in this marvellous region, rich with natural and artistic beauty and inhabited by very hospitable people; whilst to those of you who are already familiar with Tuscany and our hospitality, we would like to say thank you: you too are part of the area's magical charm...

Tuscany Landscape
Landscape an area of which artits and poets have always been enamored, a dream world, blessed by nature and knowledgeably moulded through the centuries by the hands of its inhabitants. From the beautiful Chianti hills to the picturesque peaks of the Apennins and the splendour of towns such as Florence, Siena and San Gimignano; from the enchanting natural landscape of the Maremma district to the coast with its splendid islands: all this is Tuscany and her Tuscany Villa!

Hystory
The extraordinary artistic and cultural inheritance dates back to its distant and mysterious Etruscan origins, reaching its heights during the Florentine Renaissance. Every single village, town and city has its own special attraction, but perhaps the greatest attraction of all is the journey itself...

Country roads
Excellent motorways provide a direct, swift connection with the main towns, both inland and on the coast; however, the best way to discover the most interesting and involving aspects of this area is to make use, where possible, of the peaceful, romantic country roads, which cross villages, towns and cities and offer endless opportunities to meet people. You could stop for a delicious lunch in one of the exquisite little restaurants known as trattorie, and your stay simply wouldn't be complete without a visit to one of the countless farms in the area to sample the famous Chianti wine, or a pause in the hilltop village bar to sip a classic cappuccino...

Climate
The considerable variety of landscapes is complemented by a similar variety of climatic situations, which vary from temperate along the coast, growing gradually cooler as you climb towards Monte Amiata and the Apennines. The temperatures are pleasant from as early as April, hot, but never excessively so, in summer and delightful in autumn.

There's a varied choice as you can see, so we'll see you in Tuscany !
